Fees in detail

Your registration fee already covers four nights at The Grand Hotel — check in November 2, check out November 6, two guests per room — along with every session, meal, and banquet. Two optional extras are available, both priced per person, and both cost the same whichever rate you registered at.

  • Standard package Nov 2–6 · 4 nights · 2 guests per room USD 900 Included
  • Arrive one day early Nov 1–6 · 5 nights · 2 guests per room USD 985 + USD 85
  • Single-room upgrade Nov 2–6 · 4 nights · 1 guest per room USD 1,300 + USD 400
  • Single room + arrive one day early Nov 1–6 · 5 nights · 1 guest per room USD 1,485 + USD 585

Registered at the early-bird rate?

If you registered by July 31 at USD 750, nothing changes for you — the extras cost exactly the same. Your totals per person:

  • Standard USD 750
  • + Extra night USD 835
  • + Single room USD 1,150
  • + Both USD 1,335

How the extras are calculated: an extra night on November 1 is USD 85 per person sharing a twin room; the single-room supplement is USD 100 per night — USD 400 for the four summit nights, or USD 500 across five nights if you also arrive on November 1. To add either one, note it when you reply to your payment-notice email and we will confirm the revised total before you transfer.
