The Grand Hotel Taipei
All sessions, ceremonies, and banquets take place at The Grand Hotel Taipei — Taiwan's iconic palace-style hotel. Accommodation is arranged by the organizing committee for all registered participants.

- Recommended arrival: land before 9:00 AM on November 2

- Recommended arrival: land before 11:00 AM on November 2
- Recommended departure: flights after 3:00 PM on November 6

Taiwan offers visa-exempt entry for citizens of many countries. Before booking, please confirm your eligibility and the maximum allowed stay at Taiwan's Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA). If a visa is required, please apply well in advance.
